Step 1: Pre-Screening Consultation
It all starts with a conversation. We will discuss your loved one’s current lifestyle, daily needs, and medical background over the phone or via email to ensure our residential environment aligns with the level of care required.
Step 2: On-Site Tour
We invite you and your family to visit our beautiful facility in Keswick. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our peaceful residential setting, meet our dedicated care team, see the common spaces, and experience firsthand what makes our home so unique.
Step 3: Clinical Assessment & Care Planning
Before move-in, our team conducts a thorough clinical assessment. We evaluate your loved one's physical health, cognitive needs, dietary requirements, and personal preferences to build a highly customized, comprehensive care plan.
Step 4: Transition Day
We welcome your loved one with open arms. On move-in day, our staff focuses entirely on helping them settle into their new space, setting up their room with familiar comforts, and ensuring a warm, stress-free adjustment to daily life in our community.

We want to make the logistics of arranging care as straightforward as possible. To maintain the highest quality of individual attention and tailored resources for our residents, our facility operates under the following payment framework:
- Private Pay: We currently accept private pay (including personal checks and direct bank transfers) for our all-inclusive residential care packages.
- Insurance & Future Benefits: While we are launching exclusively with private pay options to ensure immediate enrollment capability, we are actively working toward expanding our payment methods. We plan to integrate select long-term care insurance policies and additional coverage options in the near future.
